The Woman in Black

I saw this movie trailer months ago. I was in the cinema and they were showing trailers of upcoming movies. “The Woman in Black” was one of those shown. And because it’s a horror movie, I was interested. It looks to be a horror story centered around an old, abandoned house. The main character, played by Daniel Radcliffe, goes there to sell that house. It is during his stay there that he encounters the paranormal. And it doesn’t help that the folks who live there, both young and old, seem to be wrapped in mystery and wariness and superstitious beliefs.

During afternoon tea, there’s a shift in the air
A bone-trembling chill that lets you know she’s there
There are those who believe the whole town is cursed
But the house in the marsh is by far the worst
What she wants is unknown but she always comes back
The specter of darkness, The Woman in Black
